A Shift in Lifestyle

Due to the pandemic many entrepreneurs in beauty and wellness closed their businesses and relocated, often to their homes. This is isolating and adds stress to the boundaries between work and home.

Other professionals have realized that a work life balance is a priority and want to focus their time and energy on their clients and leave the risk and the management up to a team of experts.

A Solution

The creators of the Salon at Oshun House, in the health and wellness industry themselves, want to bring together like minded professionals and facilitate the rebuilding of their businesses in this new post covid world.

Hina

Hina Smit is a Certified Management Accountant who is passionate about business, travel and creating the Oshun vision of being a place where Science meets Spirit.

After years of being involved in the mining industry, Hina embarked on a very different path when she and Laura Lee decided to create a space of wellness and beauty.  They purchased Oshun House in 2008 and made the decision to extensively renovate the space into a beautiful sanctuary while respecting the unique character and history of the convent.

Her dream is to have Oshun House remain a place where everyone is welcomed, respected, and can flourish in their wellness journey.
